Book on WhatsApp View plansWho this is for
Adults with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or gestational diabetes history who want clear portions, meal timing, and Indian food swaps — online, in Hindi or English.
What we work on together
- Review of recent reports (HbA1c, fasting / PP sugar when available)
- Breakfast and snack patterns that commonly spike Indian households
- Roti / rice portions without removing staples forever
- Festival and travel adjustments (see also meal order for blood sugar)
- WhatsApp support so small problems don’t become week-long derailments
Common myths I correct
- “Fruit is always free” or “fruit is always banned” — mango example
- Sugar-free packaged snacks as unlimited “diet food”
- Skipping meals then overeating at night
GLP-1 nutrition consultations
If your doctor has prescribed a GLP-1 medicine, I plan the food around it. I have done 50+ GLP-1 consultations. We work on enough protein, smaller Indian meals, and what is easier to eat when appetite drops or nausea shows up. I do not start, stop, or change the dose — that stays with your physician.
A plate I can explain in one kitchen
I do not hand you a foreign breakfast and ask your family to cook twice. A workable day often looks like this, then we change it for your numbers and medicines:
- Breakfast: besan chilla, moong chilla, or two egg whites with vegetables, plus one small phulka or a measured portion of poha. Tea can stay. The sugar in the cup is what we look at, not a ban on chai.
- Lunch: sabzi and dal or curd first, then one or two phulkas, or a measured katori of rice. Not rice and three rotis as the opening of the meal. The order is the same idea as the meal-order guide.
- Evening: a planned snack with protein, such as roasted chana, curd, or a boiled egg, so 11 pm namkeen is not the real dinner.
- Dinner: lighter than lunch for most people whose fasting sugar is high in the morning, still with dal, curd, paneer, egg, or fish, not only roti.
What I need before I write the plan
Recent HbA1c and sugar readings if you have them, the medicine list with timing, and a normal weekday of food, including who cooks. Photos on WhatsApp are enough. I will not change your tablets or insulin. If a reading pattern looks unsafe, I will tell you to speak to your doctor.
What this page will not promise
No plan here reverses diabetes, replaces your physician, or gives you a free pass on mango, juice, or mithai. Fruit rules, including mango season, are in the mango guide. Festivals are planned flexibility, not a cheat week and not a punishment.
Recommended starting points
Most diabetes clients begin with Complete Care (4 weeks). If you’re unsure, start with a Diet Reality Check (₹499). The same plans cover GLP-1 nutrition support.
